Darryl Daugherty

Born and raised in Chicago, Darryl Daugherty is a serial entrepreneur, creative leader, and community-driven problem solver with a deep passion for helping others unlock their full potential. Throughout his professional journey, Darryl has explored multiple industries, using each experience to sharpen his entrepreneurial mindset, strengthen his leadership skills, and expand his ability to create real opportunities for others.
As the founder of Limitless Creative Network, Darryl is committed to empowering youth—especially those impacted by violence, economic hardship, or limited access to opportunity—by giving them access to creative education, music production, mentorship, and hands-on skill-building programs. His mission is rooted in helping young people discover their voice, build confidence, express themselves creatively, and develop the tools needed for long-term personal and professional success.
Darryl believes that creativity can be more than an outlet—it can be a pathway to healing, purpose, entrepreneurship, and opportunity. Through Limitless Creative Network, he is working to create a future where every young person has access to supportive mentorship, meaningful resources, and the creative opportunities they need to thrive.

Angel Serrano

An experienced IT and network administrator with a strong background in systems administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and self-hosted technologies. He brings technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building reliable digital systems to Limitless Creative Network.Through his role with the organization, Angel aims to empower youth through information technology by exposing them to practical IT skills, digital tools, cybersecurity awareness, and real-world technology concepts. His goal is to help kids build confidence, discover new career paths, and understand that technology can be a powerful tool for creativity, independence, and opportunity.

Brian Hannah Jr.

Professionally known as Deuce, is a Chicago-based filmmaker, creative director, and entrepreneur specializing in branded content, digital storytelling, and culture-driven media. As the founder of 4EyezFilmz, he creates high-impact visual content for businesses, artists, schools, and organizations throughout Chicago and beyond.
Deuce has directed commercial campaigns, AI-driven ads, music videos, podcasts, event coverage, and viral short-form content, collaborating with some of Chicago’s top creatives and comedy influencers. His experience in both media production and youth education allows him to bridge the gap between creativity and real-world opportunity, giving young creatives direct exposure to industry-level production, storytelling, branding, and digital entrepreneurship.
Alongside his production work, Deuce is passionate about mentorship and youth development through filmmaking and digital media education. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Limitless Youth Creation Network, where he uses his professional experience, industry connections, and hands-on teaching background to help empower the next generation of creators through mentorship, training, and access to opportunities in filmmaking, content creation, music production, and digital storytelling.

Victor Kelet

Japz Soul is a seasoned entrepreneur, marketing strategist, songwriter, artist, and producer with more than 15 years of experience building brands, increasing visibility, and driving commercial growth across multiple industries. Known for blending creativity with business innovation, Japz Soul has established a strong presence in digital marketing, media production, entertainment, and consumer products.
As the owner of FX Streamline Media, Japz Soul specializes in digital marketing campaigns, brand development, and strategic promotion designed to elevate businesses, products, and services. His expertise in marketing and audience engagement has helped brands strengthen their visibility and expand their market reach.
In addition to his marketing success, Japz Soul is the founder of several creative and business ventures, including Jap House Studios, Streets Caviar Podcast, a video production company, and Jap Out Energy Drink. His diverse portfolio reflects a passion for entrepreneurship, entertainment, and innovation.
